Rick Perry Drunk At New Hampshire Speech- Full Video

Rick Perry’s recent efforts to reinvent and reinvigorate his formerly front-running Republican presidential campaign hit a bit of a snag following an “unusually animated” speech to a New Hampshire audience last week.

The Texas Governor was giving a speech to a conservative group in Manchester, New Hampshire when he replaced his normally reserved manner with a relaxed and jokey delivery style.

Mr Perry pulled faces and made exaggerated gestures leading some media commentators to speculate as to whether he had been drinking.
