Jessie Slaughters Father Arrested for Child Abuse. Mad Dad Gene Leonhardt allegedly punches Jessi Slaughter in the face causing her lips to bleed. Police are called and Gene is Arrested for Cruelty and Abuse. They backtraced it and found there was alcohol involved.
